Welcome to the Arlington/Falls Church Young Republicans

The AFCYRs always welcome new members. New in town? Just found out about the AFCYRs? We would like to extend an invitation to renew your membership or become a new member.

Your membership dues help the organization play an essential role in the Republican Party by enabling AFCYR to fund operational expenses for communications, monthlymeeting expenses to provide opportunities to meet other YRs and hear from a wide range of guest speakers, and to host philanthropy and recruitment events in the community, such as the Park Project, Taste of Arlington, Rosslyn Jazzfest, and Clarendon Days.

Of course, while 2009 was a great year for the AFCYRs, we will not be sitting still in 2010! The current AFCYR Executive Committee is already building on all these great accomplishments and pressing on to victory in the mid-term elections this year.

Please renew your membership or become a new member and play a role in helping the Republican Party continue to grow in Northern Virginia.

2009 Highlights:
- 2009 was a very successful one for the AFCYRs. Virginia's election of Bob McDonnell for Governor, re-election of Bill Bolling for Lt. Governor, and election of Ken Cuccinelli for Attorney General was a great way to end 2009.
- Most importantly, we were able to make donations to the State Delegate candidates Eric Brescia and Aaron Ringel, each an AFCYR member. Additionally, we were able to host fundraisers for each of them raising over $2k total.
